Lights and sounds – features a pink personal elevator to take Barbie to each floor.   Barbie enters the Townhouse through the front door to a warm and glowing light-up chandelier, dining area and fully-stocked kitchen.

She entertains in the second-level living room with roaring fireplace and pop up flat screen TV, plus an ultra-luxurious signature bathroom. There were lots of positive reviews about the dollhouse. Many reviewers commenting on how huge this townhouse really is.  They report their daughters have played with it nonstop and absolutely love it.

Also many reviewers stated they love the different sounds and lights the house has. And what detail….there were even little cups, plates and silverware included with the furniture. This definitely would have been my dream house for Barbie when I was six!

There were different thoughts about assembly.  One reviewer said it was quite simple to assemble with the hardest part and what took the longest was the elevator. Others had some difficulties with some of the smaller parts.

Another reviewer commented as the box says, this definitely needs to be assembled by an adult, but once you figure out the directions, it’s pretty straight-forward. It has lights and sounds that we didn’t realize at first, and each discovery brings laughs of delight from the whole family. It’s a bit on the spendy side, but we think it’s worth the price based on all the things it does
