The PlasmaCar is a mechanical marvel that makes use of that most inexhaustible source of energy; kid-power. Your child will not have to push off on the ground or pedal just to get it moving up to speeds of 6 mph (10 km/hour). This amazing toy car has given children and parents a thrill.

What is good about the PlasmaCar

No batteries or charging – You don’t have to waste an endless amount of money just to buy batteries or charge the toy for a few hours just to have a limited time of fun.

No pedaling or gears – Your child does not have to make contact with the floor to push the car forward, and there are no pedals to tire out his little feet.  You just have to turn the steering wheel from left to right in an active motion, and the toy moves on its own.

While you do require a smooth surface, as you might expect it is not recommended for use on laminate and hardwood flooring as wheels may damage some surfaces.

There were an amazing number of positive reviews. Many reviewers were stating it is such a wonder how by just wiggling the wheel side to side, you can propel this car to start moving.

Also what they like is it is super light weight so she can carry it around and move it if she gets stuck, and it doesn’t use batteries so it doesn’t have to be charged every 2 hours.  No motor. No fuel.

Many reviewers say this is a life saver in my house! I have three children that vary in age from 1 to 10 years old. All love this car! Now, the one year old is not quite ready to ride on his own yet, but he is very happy to have his big sister (3 1/2) to drive him around. She rides her purple Plasma car every day for long periods of time.

This reviewer talks about a special situation. They say I must tell you that my grandson has a disability and this toy let him feel like he was just as good as everyone else. He has motor skill issues. His disability was not present after a few minutes of instructions.

And about safety this reviewer noted that the good thing is that there are foot rests for their feet while they drive, and it is very safe to ride, considering it is almost like sitting on the ground basically, for it is only a few inches off the floor.

I can see using these cars for at least 10-12 years or more! The toy is expensive but consider that if they start at 4 years old they could ride it for 10 years or more.
